Stollen is a firm favourite of mine during Christmas so I wondered what it would be like to combine my two favourites. The smooth creamy cheesecake is flavoured with the typical Christmas spices of Cinnamon and All Spice, mixed with dried fruit, marmalade and pearls of marzipan. All sitting on a base of Fruit Shortcake biscuits and a thin layer of marzipan.
Decorated with fresh cream and bite size pieces of traditional Stollen…A perfect Christmas dessert!
