As a child of the 80’s, Caramac was one of Chris’ favourite sweet treats, it seemed an obvious choice for a cheesecake flavour! Caramac runs right through this one, with Caramac in the main cheesecake mix, topped with fresh cream and a piece of Caramac. The ideal biscuit base for this is Malted Milk, but feel free to choose something different if you prefer!
