To celebrate the 1st Birthday of Cheesecake Chris, I cam up with the perfect Birthday celebration – A birthday cake cheesecake!  Sitting on a base of Party Rings! we have a lovely vanilla cheesecake loaded with pieces of vanilla sponge and swirls of either Raspberry, Strawberry, Cherry or Blackcurrant Jam.  Decorated with multi-coloured buttercream icing and Jelly Tots.  This is a cake to appeal to the child in us all
